The armrests for the RECARO Aer are available as matching replacement parts and are ideal for replacing existing armrests after prolonged use or for retrofitting to a different model. Depending on the selected configuration, 2D, 4D, or 5D armrests are available for the RECARO Aer. This allows seating comfort to be tailored to individual needs even after the fact. The armrests were developed specifically for RECARO Aer and RECARO Nxt and integrate seamlessly—both functionally and visually—into the seating concept. The different variants vary in the range of their adjustment options. 2D armrests provide a solid ergonomic foundation for daily use, 4D armrests allow for even more flexible adjustment to different seating positions, and 5D armrests offer the greatest range of motion for highly personalized adjustment. With the right armrest variant, you can specifically relieve pressure on your arms, shoulders, and upper back. This further improves seating comfort during extended periods of use and allows the chair to be adapted even better to personal preferences at a later date. The armrests are available as a convenient set and are suitable both as replacements in case of wear and tear and for a future upgrade, provided the respective chair model is designed for it. Are there any spare parts?

In which variants is the RECARO Exo available?
The RECARO is available in the Exo, Exo FX, and Exo Platinum versions.
In which variants is the RECARO Rae available?
The RECARO Rae is currently only available in one model variant. The RECARO Rae is available in black, grey and white.
Is it possible to deliver a seat already assembled?
We do not deliver pre-assembled seats. This ensures that our high-quality products are not damaged during transport. However, assembly can be completed in just a few steps. The assembly instructions can be downloaded as a document from our shop, but are also included in printed form with every delivery. We also offer video assembly instructions on our YouTube channel for additional support.
Is delivery to packing stations possible?
Delivery to a packing station, post office box, or parcel shop is not possible due to the nature (dimensions and weight) of the item.
Is it possible to change my order later?
It is not possible to change your order after it has been placed, e.g., to change the model, color, or quantity. We therefore recommend that you check your order carefully before completing your purchase. Please contact our support team to cancel your order in good time if necessary. All models of RECARO Exo are certified according to DIN EN 1335 by TÜV Rheinland and bear the GS mark.

How long does the warranty last?
The warranty claim is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase in the online store from RECARO Gaming (www.recaro-gaming.com). You can find a more detailed explanation in our warranty statement.
What are the warranties for the products?
There is a two-year statutory warranty. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear.
What are the costs for the return?
Currently, the buyer must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are free to choose the shipping service provider. Based on experience, the costs are estimated at around €170 within Germany if the seat is transported in assembled condition via a shipping company or courier.

How do I know the status of my order?

How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is usually 5-8 business days after receipt of payment. Please note that before public holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.), shipping times also depend on order volume and the workload of shipping providers. How do I file a complaint?

How do I deduct my office chair from tax?
The office chair is one of the most important work tools in the company. Every day we take a seat on the cushion to carry out our upcoming tasks. High-quality office chairs – such as the RECARO Aer and RECARO Exo – are designed with ergonomics in mind. They ensure back health and protect the muscular and bone system. What about an intra-community supply?
If you are eligible for VAT deduction, please enter your company name and valid VAT ID in the input mask when placing your order. The amount will then be adjusted automatically.
